The old saying, “it sticks to your ribs” is true in that it will sustain a body for a longer period, causing people to eat less at lunch.

Whether poached or scrambled, eggs are the perfect choice for breakfast. Add to the protein-enriched breakfast by eating a slice of whole-wheat toast and margarine. Add a glass of fruit juice, to cover the three major food groups in one quick meal.
